Thank you for your interest in nontraditional, audiation-based piano lessons!

• I teach in-person lessons to children ages 6+ and adults of all ages

​​

• My studio is located near S. Holly and Florida Streets (Virginia Village in Denver)

​

• Students learn to hear, perform, and improvise music with understanding

​

• Research-based curriculum teaches music like we learn our native language:
  first, students develop musical listening, playing, and thinking skills.
  Then they learn to apply these skills to music reading and writing.

• Already reading music? Be prepared to set the sheet music aside
  and learn in a completely new way! 

 

I am accepting new students who meet the following requirements:

​

• ADULTS: have an open mind; willing to learn in a completely different way over the long term. 

​

• CHILDREN AND YOUTH AGES 6+: parents support music listening and playing at home and commit to their child(ren) attending weekly lessons and learning music in a completely different way.
